
Click on the following buttons to build your case.
- Create Task: Create new tasks in your case and assign them to case members
- + icon: You can invite members to your case by clicking on the + button present next to See All. Enter the email id and click on Invite.
Team member
On selecting this, the user will become a member of the team and the case. The user will have full access to all cases and tasks in the team in which this case is present.
Case member
On selecting this, the new user will only be invited to join the case. The user will have all the privileges and rights of a case member.
Note: This user will have no access to the team in which this case is present and will not be able to see other cases in the team or its team members.
